Chang was a popular yet tired brand, which needed to move beyond its core demographic of older males in mostly rural areas. The brand changed its bottle to attract attention from a new market and asked for a campaign that would appeal to a younger, urban, phone-obsessed audience who aspired to a global lifestyle – certainly not its traditional consumer.
